Plant 1 — Hazira

West coast
launch plant.

Hazira sits at the heart of India's most established petrochemical hub on the Gulf of Khambhat. Co-located with the ONGC Hazira Plant, GAIL Vijaipur–Dahej pipeline terminus and the Shell Hazira LNG facility, Plant 1 has immediate access to industrial utilities, marine logistics, and the Mumbai–Ahmedabad aviation corridor.

FEED engagement begins Q2 FY2026 with seed capital. GIDC Hazira site MoU in negotiation. Environmental clearance pathway initiated.

"Plant 1 is positioned to be India's first dedicated commercial-scale biocrude upgrading facility — operating eighteen months before any peer project reaches financial close."

Plant 2 — Visakhapatnam

East coast
scale plant.

Plant 2 mirrors Plant 1's configuration on India's east coast, co-located with HPCL's Visakh Refinery in Andhra Pradesh. Six-month staggered commissioning leverages Plant 1's operational learnings while serving the Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata aviation corridors plus the east coast shipping market.

East coast feedstock secured through AP/Odisha bamboo and rice straw supply chains. Plant 2 financial close FY2028–29, leveraging Plant 1 operating track record for improved debt terms.

"Plant 2 unlocks India's east coast aviation market and shipping bunker fuel demand — extending Axiom's reach from a regional player to a national supplier."
