Shell's Upgrader Technology team independently completed validation of the biocrude feedstock specification and the projected product yields from the Axiom upgrading process. Validated yields confirmed at 65 vol% SAF, 30 vol% light naphtha, 5 vol% heavy diesel.

The validation removes the single largest technology risk in early-stage SAF projects and is a precondition for both the upgrading technology licence finalisation and senior debt mandate.

The UK holding entity, Axiom Global Fuels Ltd, was formally established as the parent company for the Indian operating SPVs. Brand identity, tagline ("Beyond Doubt. Beyond Fossil.") and visual language finalised in parallel.

Contracted upstream biocrude supply expanded across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab — totalling 1.8 million tonnes of contracted feedstock access, rising to 3.6 million tonnes at full network operations.
